Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium = ordered today (paid with iDeal) before 3 p.m. will be delivered the next business day. Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium = ordered before noon is shipped today.

In which countries do you supply wood pellets?
We deliver wood pellets only in the Netherlands & Belgium*, as of 12-10-2021 we no longer ship pallet shipments to Belgium due to transportation pressure (we apologize for the inconvenience). However, we do still deliver packages in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What do you deliver across Europe?
We can deliver packages throughout Europe at an additional cost if necessary.

Payments
For orders in Belgium (paid by MisterCash), we have a delivery time of 48 hours. Orders by invoice must be paid first before delivery is made. Our IkiPele’s are shipped by parcel service. You will receive a tracking code from the parcel service after the order and payment. So you can track your package yourself.

Pallet deliveries
, Pallet deliveries are delivered by truck. Our carrier will notify you by email regarding the ETA (expected time of arrival) of the order. The shipment will be delivered to you by truck with tailgate. You can specify in the order where the pellets can be put down. The driver will place the pellets at the desired location (for example, at or in your barn) provided it is easily accessible with a pallet truck.
