Shipping

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium ordered today (paid with iDeal) before noon will be delivered the next business day. Deliverytimes in the rest are normally 2 workdays. We supply Ikipele throughout Europe. Our packages are shipped with PostNL or DPD. We do not charge a delivery fee for orders within the Netherlands. For other countries, we charge a surcharge for delivery costs. This surcharge will be shown to you in the ordering process. More info regarding shipping can be found here

Returning

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by mail, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) sent by us for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you You shall only be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Will I automatically get a refund if I return my item?

If you have already paid for the order, the amount paid will be refunded. Please note that the amount minus the transportation cost will be transferred. If you have not yet paid, then the payment obligation expires, but you must still remit the transportation costs to us. The amount will be refunded within 14 days.
